Maša is an attorney at law and member of an in-house legal team providing legal assistance to both local and international clients. She has extensive experience and knowledge of corporate and commercial law, drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on regulatory compliance, and managing regulatory risks. She also plays a crucial role in negotiating and drafting complex agreements and providing legal advisory in various corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture projects and financing.

Maša is actively involved in corporate governance matters, ensuring that the companies she supports adhere to best practices and legal standards. She advises boards of directors on governance policies, shareholder rights, and fiduciary duties, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

Maša obtained her degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade. She joined the Bunardžic Law as an associate, passed the Bar exam and is a member of the Bar association of Belgrade.

She is fluent in English and Spanish.
